Well, it's a mech meant for keeping roadblocks/checkpoints secure. It uses the sign on its right to tell drivers whether to 'go' or 'stop'. It can outrun most cars, and even leap to get in front of vehicles that fail to stop.

On the left is a cement cannon that can stop wheels from turning or block the windshield, and with a small .56 rifle used to exterminate/disable dangerous criminals if it sees any
