The soldiers of Zakarya City don't have good body armor, they don't have flashbangs, or smoke grenades, but man they move fast.

It's really their only strength: They can finish almost any fight in a minute, especially in close quarters.

Fuck, that was fast. Less body armor means much more mobility, a great trick that was used by the U.S. Army Rangers for a time.

I wouldn't really know what to call it. They just learned to use the few advantages they had to the fullest, making them extremely effective and lethal. Call it what you want, I guess I'll just have to refer to it as a strategy...
